Refund policy
The right of withdrawal only applies to natural persons. In accordance with articles L. 120-20, the consumer has a period of fourteen calendar days to return products that do not suit him/her.
This period runs from the day of receipt of the consumer's order. All returns must be notified in advance by e-mail: contact@amma-atelier.com.
Only products returned in their entirety, in their original packaging, complete and intact, and in perfect condition for resale, will be accepted. Otherwise, products will not be reimbursed, taken back or exchanged. This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty, with the exception of return shipping costs. In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the consumer has the option of requesting reimbursement of the sums paid.
This right of withdrawal does not apply to special orders, which cannot be exchanged or reimbursed under any circumstances.
AMMA SAS undertakes to offer a credit note or refund within 30 working days of receipt of the returned products. Return costs in the case of a retraction are at the buyer's expense. In all cases, returns are made at the buyer's risk.
"AMMA SAS" gives no warranty for apparent defects, detectable after normal examination of the Product, which may affect the Product delivered and which have not been reported by the Customer in accordance with the conditions stipulated below.
